Pricing varies a lot depending on the overall size thickness and the added service required to keep the product for years without maintenance

Remedy:

Don't choose a pattern that is highly detailed. Material type should be something that will not rust like Aluminium or Plastic saving those extra added services like powder coating, Sand Blasting

Suggestions:

3mm Aluminium is a good start. It can be left raw or Powder Coated at a later stage

Thickness should be up to 4mm unless the detail is very open.
