When you relocate your battery to your boot the Heavy Duty main 12V Power supply cable to the starter is usually re-rooted towards the back instead of the front where the battery originally was. In the case of motors such as Ford Windsors or Cleveland that starter is very close to extractors and the cable needs to be away from the heat source. The best solution is a almost 90 Degree bracket that turns towards the back. 311ONLINE have this bracket available with two M8 holes one to attach to the starter solenoid the other to your battery cable using the original Nuts. Most solenoids are very similar making this a Univeral part.
