This plate is tapped M6 and is provided with M6x15 Stainless Steel SHCS it is used to bolt (TEK Screw) onto your 50x50 post that has been assighned for your Solar Panel it mounts at 45 Degrees handles the full weight of the Solar Panel and Brackets. It is made of 3mm thick material therefore can be bent if needed to direct the Solar Panel towards the best location catching sunlight. This item is also avalable Galvanised Steel it is mounted as shown in the assembly picture to the slotted mounting plate of the Solar Panel.
